Good day Stan. I live in the Athabasca region. Deer came along a ate my mugo pines, leaving only sticks. These trees are about 6 years old and I grew them from seedlings. Are they going to survive? What can I do? I love your show and listen to it all the time.

Marie - Mugho pines of any size, are the least able to re-grow stems and foliage after a severe deer attack. Even a heavy cutting back by a person pruner, will result in retarded or no growth.
